According to a news item from Tim at Seraphim Guard, Seraphim Guard and Domibia Games have merged into a single company Seraphim Guard LLC.

The new company will now be publishing the Gatecrasher and Heart Quest Fudge games as well as other game lines developed by Seraphim Guard.
